Inception
We consult with the client in order to gain insite into their
business processes. Customer requirements for the project are
elicited and analysed. A formal proposal is presented to the client.
Design
The customer requirements are expanded into a technical document.
The system architecture is established and a development plan
created.
Implementation
The application and accompanying documentation is developed.
Regular feedback is provided to the client. Testing is conducted
throughout the phase and final testing and debugging is performed.
Deployment
The system is moved from development to the client and made
to work in the real environment. We ensure that a full, documented
software system works correctly in the operational environment.
